I am a mental health therapist who works with individuals, including adults, teens, and children aged eight and up. I also take couples on an occasional basis. I work with cases regarding anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, addictions and recovery, attachment issues and relational issues and more. I tend to use a combination of approaches, including internal family systems, narrative, and person-centered modalities. I am certified in Brainspotting, phase 1. I am a Christian, and while I am happy to include spirituality and things concerning faith, I will never introduce it or include spiritual talk without it being clearly discussed and desired. I always start by ensuring you feel comfortable talking to me, and then we can move on to the background and issues that impact your sense of well-being. We then move into planning out your goals and issues that you want to address and get relief from. Reaching out for help takes tremendous bravery. No concern is too small, and no one is “too far gone”. I hope to talk to you soon!

My approach is rooted in the belief that you don't need to be "fixed"—you deserve to be understood.
Whether you are navigating the heavy shadows of PTSD and domestic violence recovery, the monthly emotional "tsunami" of PMDD, or the daily sensory and executive load of ADHD, life can feel like a constant exercise in "masking." Maybe you're struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or grief. Maybe you aren't sure, but you know that something needs to change. You’ve spent so long trying to appear "fine" that you’ve lost touch with what it feels like to actually be okay.
My therapy style is eclectic and about authentic accompaniment. To me, therapy isn't about a clinical expert looking down at a patient; it’s about two humans in a room (or on a screen) looking at the map of your life together. I’m not the therapist who will sit in stony silence. I show up with warmth, a touch of wit, and a deep respect for the survival strategies you’ve used to get this far. We’ll develop skills to build your "emotional armor," but we’ll do it in a way that honors your unique personality and lived experience.
I specialize in these areas because I know how much they overlap. I know that masking can make you feel like you're drowning. I know that abuse isn't just physical; it can be emotional, financial, spiritual, relational, and can make you feel like you're going crazy. My work is about untangling threads so you can finally breathe.
In my office, you don't have to apologize for your "messiness," your "inconsistency," or your intensity. I am here to walk beside you as you reclaim your autonomy and build a life that feels safe, sustainable, and—most importantly—yours.
